My name is Daniela Goya-Tocchetto and I'm currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Management & Organizations at Duke University.
Having been born and raised in Brazil, a country with striking socioeconomic inequalities, acquiring a better understanding of how systemic injustices get perpetuated has always been one of my main goals.
It was this deep-seated motivation that drove my path to the study of economics and political philosophy, and finally to the study of social psychology and organizational behavior.
In my research, I explore the psychological mechanisms that enable the maintenance of unjust societal and organizational arrangements.
