My name is Daniela Goya-Tocchetto and I'm an Assistant Professor of Organization and Human Resources at the School of Management at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York.
Having been born and raised in Brazil, a country with striking socioeconomic inequalities, acquiring a better understanding of how systemic injustices get perpetuated has always been one of my main goals.
In my research, I explore the psychological mechanisms that enable the maintenance of unjust societal and organizational arrangements.
